Personal Data Information Notice
Information about personal data in enquiries made to Labirent through this website and WhatsApp, under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
2. Data and purposes
When contacting us via WhatsApp, you may optionally provide your name, phone number, the student’s age, the programme of interest, preferred teaching format and a message. We use this information to respond to enquiries, advise on programmes and follow up on requests. Please do not include health information, identity documents or other sensitive personal information in the form.
3. Collection and legal basis
Fields on this website only prepare a WhatsApp message; the website does not store the entries or send them by email. The message reaches our team only after you press Send in WhatsApp. Handling enquiries may rely on steps requested before entering a contract (Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698) and, where appropriate and balanced against your rights, on the controller’s legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 5(2)(f)).
4. Recipients and external services
Authorised staff may access enquiries. If you use WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta may process the message under its own terms, potentially outside Türkiye. The Cloudflare hosting infrastructure may handle technical information required to deliver the website. Google Maps loads only after you choose to open the embedded map, and Instagram opens when you follow its link. This version does not use a separate email submission system or advertising analytics.
5. Retention and your rights
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle requests and fulfil applicable legal obligations, and then deleted or anonymised as appropriate. Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can ask whether your personal data is processed, request information, correction or deletion where the conditions apply, and exercise other statutory rights. You may send a formal written request to the data controller at the postal address above by a method recognised under Turkish law.
